（中央社台北23日電）行政院長林全今天表示，華航作為公股投資的中華航空股份有限公司，應成為企業經營的表率；林全要求新任華航董事長何煖軒把整頓華航視為就任後首要任務，「改革華航，就在現在」。

以華航空服員為主的桃園市空服員職業工會宣布明天凌晨起罷工，行政院晚上召開華航罷工因應會議。

行政院發言人童振源會後表示，交通部與勞動部持續向林全回報罷工事件發展狀況，在桃園市空服員職業工會罷工記者會後，林全做出3點裁示。

童振源表示，第一，林全指示應妥善照顧空服員勞動權益，希望勞資爭議儘速獲解決；第二，華航作為公股投資的航空公司，應確保勞資對等、互相尊重的團體協商經營原則，華航應成為企業經營表率。

童振源說，第三，林全要求何煖軒與經營團隊應將整頓華航視為就任後首要任務。面對罷工事件，華航新經營團隊，要積極與工會協商解決方案，確保飛安品質，儘速恢復正常旅運服務。1050623
